Precision takes time. Our team in California meticulously inspects and hand-packs every order.

Because our collections feature delicate borosilicate glass and natural acacia wood, we utilize custom-engineered, eco-friendly protective packaging. Our goal is a "Zero-Damage" journey. If your package arrives appearing compromised, please refer to our Refund Policy for immediate assistance.

For our international community: Please note that Novalorocosh is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes applied by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically collected at the time of delivery.

To ensure your treasures reach you, please verify your shipping address at checkout. Novalorocosh cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
