At Novalorocosh, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality of our kitchenware. If your selection does not meet your expectations or arrive in perfect condition, we are here to ensure a seamless resolution. Our goal is to make your experience as refined as our products.
1. 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unwashed, and in its original premium packaging with all tags and inserts included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damages and Issues (The Novalorocosh Guarantee)
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at service@novalorocosh.com.

Note on Natural Materials: Because we use natural acacia wood, slight variations in grain and color are expected and celebrated as part of the wood's unique character. These are not considered defects.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Personalized/Custom products (such as engraved wood lids).

Gift cards.

Items damaged through improper care (e.g., wooden parts put in the dishwasher or soaked in water).
4. The Return Process
To start a return, please contact our concierge team at service@novalorocosh.com.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
